So, colour isn’t my tool of choice. But I’ve come to realize that texture is! Over the summer I rekindled my personal love for both textures and textiles – with linens and natural fibres being my most favourite, especially for the warmer weather.
It’s a slow process but I’m so, so happy with my small yet growing selection of pieces – most recently adding this trench from, Hempt Arraei, to my wardrobe. It’s 100% hemp canvas and hemp natural textile (OEKO-TEX certified), super chic, and perfectly neutral-minimal without being another black piece.
I’ve also been finding a serious appreciation for my oversized linen shirt (old, linked current similar) and tan linen trousers (Aritzia) so it’s definitely becoming a thing and those items are getting extra loved.
Details: Aritzia, Ornella Tank / Hempt Arraei, Trench (℅) / Amour Vert x AGOLDE (collaboration), Sophie Crop / Vagabond, Mules.
