At last! The weekend is here. Friday’s arrival always feels pretty good but the weekends are only getting better with the time change (hello sunshine-y evenings) and spring’s slow but steady creep up. We had temperatures as high as 17°C this week and the boys especially, were in their tee wearing glory (not me because I’m only ever cold).
During the week, I try to do fun things with Rheo (a la mid-week planting via insta stories). But on Saturday’s, we try to do something a little extra as a family — ex: find new hot spots like this under a year old ice cream joint! We had vegan cookies’n’cream, cookie dough, and lemon poppyseed. Sunday’s are for the heart — usually consisting of quality lounge time, baking for the week ahead, and other slow moments.
