This was literally one of the easiest winters we've had in a few years (part in thanks to my husband not making us move to the east coast for a third season). But still it was mild, mild, mild. And so it's no surprise that spring is all wonky too. One day it's double digits and sun, the next you see flurries on the forecast. I really can't deal but with it being the time of year where cold and rainy days are plentiful, we decided we need to start making the most of them.
I'm not an outdoorsy person, whatsoever! But it definitely is fun exploring different outdoor activities, and weather, now that we are parents. Witnessing things through the magic of childhood lens, is seeing things in an entirely different way. Rainy days have become a thing of fun and adventure.
